Content and search

Answer a real search need with evidence.

Plan useful search content with AI: inspect reader intent, identify evidence gaps, build a brief and refresh outdated claims without padding pages.

Updated

Identify the reader's task

A query such as ‘AI poster prompt’ might mean generating a visual, creating an editable design or improving a campaign concept. Decide which task your page solves. Do not make the reader infer the answer from a broad introduction.

Use actual search data and customer questions when available. Ask AI to group those inputs into needs; do not treat invented keyword volumes or assumed ranking difficulty as research.

Try this prompt

Group these real search queries and customer questions by the task the reader needs to complete. For each cluster, identify the main question, necessary evidence and a useful output such as a template or comparison. Flag ambiguous intent. Use no invented search-volume estimates.

Create an evidence-first brief

Before drafting, collect the material the page needs: official feature information, original examples, actual tests or expert input. Ask which claims you can support and which are gaps. A claim of ‘best’ needs explicit criteria and a comparison, not a stronger adjective.

Try this prompt

Create a content brief for [reader task] using [sources]. Start with the answer the reader came for. Include practical examples, limitations and follow-up questions. Map important claims to sources and identify missing evidence before drafting.

Give each page a distinct job

A product guide explains how to use a tool. A workflow guide solves a task. A category collects templates. Link those pages where they help the reader continue. Avoid publishing near-identical pages simply to swap the tool name or a keyword.

  • Write a descriptive title and a concise, accurate description.
  • Use headings that answer questions in the task sequence.
  • Connect relevant guides, categories and examples with readable links.
  • Keep technical metadata consistent with visible page content.

Update the substance, then the date

A current date should reflect a real review. Check features, examples, dead references and the page's ability to solve the task. Record what changed. Measure usefulness and search performance after publication, without promising that a rewrite alone will restore rankings.

Try this prompt

Audit this page for outdated claims and incomplete answers. Show what needs verification, what is redundant and which example would make the page more useful. Propose targeted revisions with source requirements. Keep the publication history visible.

Common questions

Does adding more AI text improve SEO?

Not automatically. Additional content should answer a distinct reader need, supply evidence or make the task easier. Repetition and unsupported claims add little value.
